First Priority Director Position
The First Priority Director provides executive direction and leadership for the chapter. Overseeing 150 +/- clubs that are being run by several full-time and part-time Area Coordinators. The Director reports to the Regional Manager.

Area Coordinator Position
An average full-time Area Coordinator will launch and/or manage 25 +/- fully established clubs. Doing that involves raising funds and engaging the the local church. Area Coordinators report to the First Priority Director.
